The 7th Week of Reading to Kids was launched on 29 May 2017 in Žďár nad Sázavou. The programme included two events for both the first school pupils and lower secondary school pupils. They were both hosted by the actor and presenter, Lukáš Hejlík. The writer, Klára Smolíková, the Slunečnice Theatre from Brno – Kristián A. Šebek and Dorota Lichvárová, as well as the ensemble LiStoVáNí performing a staged reading, took part in the event.
Every child received a beautiful present – a book from the well-known publishers, i.e. Albatros, Mladá fronta and Czech TV Edition.
